Knight Basketball News

The 2009-10 girls basketball team opened the season on December 3 at home against Arthur Co. The team was once again coached by Mr. Ken Bartels, with assistant coach, Stacie Marquez. The Lady Knights were led by seniors Holly Beal and Tammy Moorhead. Shelby Dickson joined the team second semester as a foreign exchange student. The juniors included Jennifer Sauers, Katie Krause, Carissa Hendon, and Celeste Gift. . The sophomores this year were Kallan Cole, Kailin McClung, and Amber Peterson. Heather Sauers was the only freshman who completed the season.

The 2009-2010 boys basketball team opened their season on December 3, 2009 against Arthur County.  This year is coach Tom Struckman's  second season as head coach with Mr. Dick Jones as his assistant. The Blue Knights are led my seniors, Cameron Christensen, Jason Dolezal, Kyle Krause, J.C. Lanckriet, Shawn Dehning and James McClung. Sophomores include, Tim Hill, John McClung, Terryl Peterman, and Hunter Walker. Freshman include, Eric Farrier and Sky Waychoff.

The Junior High girls will begin their season on Tuesday, December 8th at 1:00 P.M. at Paxton. Mr. Ken Bartels is coaching them. We wish you luck girls.

The Junior High boys will begin their season at Paxton the same day as the girls Jr. High. Mr. Bryan Kotschwar will coach. Good Luck!!
