The North Platte Catholic Schools Instrumental Music Program is directed by Mr. James Holys.  Students begin band at McDaid Elementary in 5th and 6th grade.  As students get older, they can be in band at the Junior High and High School level at St. Patrick Jr./Sr. High School. There are many opportunities to study instrumental music in the North Platte Catholic Schools.  Students can play in Beginning Band, Pep Band, Concert Band, take private lessons, participate in solos/small ensembles, and audition for various Honor Bands.
